An all-new, energy-efficient 9kg heat-pump tumble dryer from AEG gives clothes gentle care so they look newer for longer. The Neue Kollektion tumble dryer design is perfectly matched to new ProTex washing machine.

The dryer’s heat pump technology also contributes to gentle drying by drying at lower temperatures. And it makes ProTex one of the most energy efficient dryers on the market, with 50% less energy consumption than A-Class – the highest efficiency rating available from any manufacturer.

Our ProTex dryers have one of the gentlest wool programmes ever. The precise movement of the drum achieved by the advanced inverter motor technology makes the wool programme so gentle that it has been awarded the prestigious Woolmark Silver certification.



The top models are also equipped with Logi™Control touch display interface with 24 h clock and text feedback. Intuitive design with bar graphs show the options and settings available and make it simple to explore the possibilities. "You can even input the speed the laundry was spun in the washing machine. The dryer then knows better the amount of humidity and can calculate when the clothes will be dry more accurately from the start," Kunche says.



Designer looks



The design of the ProTex dryer is matched to the design of the ProTex washing machine. Both are part of the Neue Kollektion from AEG. "As well as being a great design with real stainless steel panels, ‘hifi’ programme selectors, the washing machines and dryers match perfectly," Kunche says. "The round porthole design of the door also makes it extremely easy to load and unload," Kunche adds. "And with the glass door you can see the laundry drying."



The dryer can be stacked on top of the ProTex washer to save space. A special stacking kit with pull-out shelf for folding laundry is available.
